Training

Our new employees undertake an induction programme during which they will receive a range of training while being mentored by a senior member of staff. Only when staff are deemed to be competent to deliver the full range of services we provide, will they then be assigned work on an individual basis. Our staff continue to receive in-service and refresher training.
