The Home and Lifestyle service we offer includes a range of support and care, delivered in your own home and which is aimed at maintaining your independence.

The service includes the following:

• Personal care
• Light housework
• Meal preparation including helping the individual to cook simple healthy meals
• Assistance with food and household shopping
• Assistance with correspondence and diary management
• Companionship- for when you need a little extra support or a chat.
• Medication reminders

The length of each visit is determined by you and it can be anything from 30mins to a full 24 hour service. We will work with you to provide your own personal service plan that will identify how, where and when you want your care to be provided.

At platinum support and care services ltd we offer a professional, caring service to all of our clients right from the start. Our trained staff will visit you in your home and undertake an assessment, drawing up a bespoke plan, agreeing with you how and when your carer comes and what activities they undertake.
