Platinum support and Care Services Ltd specialise in providing care into an individual's home. This care ranges from assisting an individual with their daily living to complex caring for those individuals who are totally dependent on our staff for all their needs. Platinum support and Care Services Ltd was established in 2013 and is based in Ballycastle, Co. Antrim, Northern Ireland. The company is registered with the Regulation and Quality Improvement Authority, RQIA, as a domiciliary agency.
All of our staff are required to have an Access NI check before they commence work. Our staff receive the latest up to date training as we recognise that it is essential as a carer they have the knowledge and skills to be competent and capable in their practice.
As part of our tailored service our senior carers carry out individual assessments. We visit you in your own home and discuss your care with yourself, your family and other caregivers. Following our visit we create a care plan that details the service we will provide and the times our carers will visit.
